About Us

KGR Contruction’s story starts with an immigrant working in construction in the early 90’s. As a result of hard work and years of experience my father, Augusto became a business owner offering full-service residential new construction. From a young age, my father involved me on-site learning the trade. At the start, I was working as a laborer doing things like moving lumber or mixing mortar. Eventually, I took a leadership role and began managing projects. This experience gave me both knowledge of the industry and the skill of business ownership that enabled me to open my own company. After a long career in the industry, my father has passed the torch down to me. I am proud to continue the family legacy of Septimio’s building quality homes that last generations.
